Contact Lotus Consultancy Limited about personal information you provide in an enquiry. This page does not describe all processing involved in off-site accounting, payroll, identity checks or other client services. Ask for the information applicable to a proposed engagement before supplying records.
Browsing and hosting
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Delivering a page involves technical request information such as an IP address, requested address and browser information. Cloudflare explains its processing of traffic and network information in its privacy policy. The website application has no visitor account, advertising analytics, newsletter subscription or enquiry-submission backend.
Preparing and sending an enquiry
The optional Contact selector composes an email link using your choices and short message in browser memory. It does not transmit that text to Lotus, save it in browser storage or submit a website form. Opening the draft passes its contents to your chosen email application; you decide whether to send it.
If you email or telephone Lotus, you disclose your contact details and whatever information you choose to include so the firm can consider and respond to your enquiry. Email and telephone providers process those communications separately from this website. Keep the first message brief and avoid sensitive records or information about other people.
Maps and external destinations
The office map is an embedded Google Maps service. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google and associated resources, including map tiles and fonts. Google receives technical request information and may use cookies or other storage according to its services, your settings and account state. See Google’s privacy policy and our external-services information. Social links and directions take you to separately operated websites.
Purposes, legal bases and retention
The relevant purposes are delivering the website and dealing with enquiries. Depending on the circumstances, a response to an enquiry may involve steps requested before entering a contract or legitimate interests in business correspondence; subsequent professional work may also involve contractual and legal obligations. The applicable basis and handling of a particular communication should be confirmed with Lotus.
The application does not retain enquiry drafts on a server. An email you send is a separate record: ask Lotus about the retention period or criteria, recipients and sharing arrangements applicable to your enquiry or engagement. No fixed deletion period, mailbox provider or client-record retention schedule is represented by this page.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare and Google are external providers with international operations. Their published policies explain their respective processing, locations and transfer arrangements. Those policies do not establish every arrangement for Lotus’s own client records. Ask Lotus about the recipients, safeguards and any transfers relevant to information you intend to share.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the applicable conditions, data-protection rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact Lotus using the details above to raise a request. You may also contact Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner, including about a complaint.
